Job Description
Service
  • To ensure guest needs/expectations are met or exceeded by providing efficient and professional service
  • To lead by example, by demonstrating exemplary professionalism
  • To resolve any and all potential service failure issues
  • To liaise with the Kitchen to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality, efficient profitability and creative presentation
  • To perform duties in the best interests of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld

Management
  • To maintain high standards in Customer Service through direct supervision
  • To develop individual staff Performance Standard by planning and implementation of in-house training and development programmes
  • To ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance with the Company’s Policies/Regulation and Standard Operational Procedures, as well as local authorities’ and the NEA regulations
  • To enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff
  • To create and maintain a high level of morale amongst staff
  • To monitor and control labour through effective manpower scheduling and monitoring of staff leave
  • To ensure strict adherence to receiving, checking and storage of inventory
  • To handle all restaurant administrative duties and ensure timely submission of documents to Headquarters
Responsibilities
Sales and Finance
  • Be responsible for financial performance of Outlet, including its profit & loss, and implement appropriate cost control/monitoring measures
  • To maximize profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover (revenues and covers) as a first priority and controlling costs as a second priority
  • To ensure security of all cash & gift vouchers, approval of cash claims and maintaining of accurate records
  • To ensure accuracy of all sales takings, including timely cash banked in, credit card payments etc
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Possess sound leadership qualities and ability to manage service staff
  • Possess competence in IT skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests
  • Possess good organizational and management skills; able to lead and inspire staff

Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor
Job Description
Service

  • To ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed during shift and to notify AM/M of any shortages
  • To ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored in the appropriate store
  • To attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of his superior
  • To participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by his/her superior
  • To effectively plan Weekly Roster according to Outlet Reservations

Job Description
  • Received food dishes from kitchen and send corresponding orders out to tables
  • Ensure that the dish, accompanying sauces/condiments and proper cutlery are correct before passing on dishes to servers/food runners
  • Perform finishing touches to dishes
  • Manage the flow of food and orders to ensure that smooth service during operations is maintained

Job Description
  • Receive food from Food Checker and send to designated service stands or tables
  • Maintain sufficient stock level of required condiments and sauce
  • Assist Food Checker in coordinating to food items
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food items to dining room
  • Ensure proper condiments and serving gear are dispatched with food items
  • Cook rice
  • Wash trays
  • Collect trays and pegs back to station

Job Description
  • Wash and process soiled dishes according to Jumbo SOP
  • Ensure work safety is always observed
  • Ensure all hygiene requirements are adhere to
  • Operate High Temperature Dishwashing Machine
  • Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals in accordance to Jumbo SOP
  • Ensure cleanliness of Dishwashing area is maintained and no refuse are left overnight
  • Ensure area is free of pest

Logistics Assistant
Job Description
  • Picking, packing and checking of stock for delivery to outlets and for export
  • Assist store supervisor in daily operations, like receiving, dispatch, cleanliness, etc.
  • Stock taking

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
  • Preferably some related working experience
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese
  • Able to interact with English and Chinese speaking colleagues effectively

Finance Manager
Job Description
  • Overall responsible for Singapore Accounts Division.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reporting / Annual Report in accordance with accounting standards
  • Manages Cash flow and treasury function
  • Oversee preparation of year end schedules for audit and tax purposes
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, secretarial agent and government agencies to ensure all requirements are complied with
  • Set and achieve financial goals, budgets and cost effectiveness, interpret financial reports, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Regular and ad-hoc financial analysis
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, a CPA with a minimum 5 years of Finance experience
  • A good leader and team player with maturity to deal with people of all levels
