Our People
Learning & Development
The quality of our employees and their development through training are important in supporting the strategic vision of our company. When we hire and keep good employees, we have a good policy to invest in the development of their skills. This will help us build a more efficient, effective and highly motivated team, which enhances our company’s competitive position and improves employee morale.
Since 2008, our training centre became WDA Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and ITE Approved Training Centre (ATC). With these accreditations, it strengthens our in-house training capabilities. It also allows us to train a series of WSQ courses and Nitec courses that are tailored made to meet our company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
To date, we have trained more than 1000 Statement of Attainments (SOAs) for the WSQ courses.
