Are there any allergens?Our food may contain or come into contact with (but not limited to) milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. For further enquiries, please contact our outlet staff.

Ordering & Payment

Why can’t I add products from a different restaurant to my cart?As each restaurant has a different collection venue, items from different restaurants cannot be combined into a single order. To purchase from another restaurant, please complete a separate transaction.
For example, if you would like to purchase Pen Cai from JUMBO Seafood and Yu Sheng from Zui Teochew Cuisine, you will need to checkout in two separate orders. -
Why can’t I add products with a different collection date or pickup restaurant?Each order must be placed for the same outlet with the same collection date and time. If you require a different collection date, time, or outlet, please submit a separate order.

What payment methods are accepted?We accept major credit cards, PayNow, Alipay+, UnionPay, and WeChat Pay.

Do you offer a refund policy?All purchases are final. Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued.
Collection of the Products

Do you do delivery?No. All festive items are available for self-collection only at the selected outlet.

Do you offer same-day collection?No. All products must be pre-ordered at least 3 days before the selected collection date.
Early Bird

Do you have early bird promotions?Yes. Early bird promotions are available from 15 December 2025 to 1 February 2026.

Can Members earn or redeem J$ from the online purchases?No. J$ cannot be earned or redeemed for any online festive purchases.
