Storage Instructions
  • Keep frozen at -18º and below.
  • Do not store at room temperature or place product under direct sunlight.

Defrosting Instruction
*** Recommended
  1. Place the Steam Plate at the bottom of the Pot.
  2. Remove the plastic wrapping, rinse the Fresh Vegetables and set it on top of the Steam Plate.
  3. Remove the plastic wrapping and aluminium foil from the Frozen Pen Cai and set it on top of the Fresh Vegetables.
  4. Leave it in the chiller overnight to thaw before reheating.
Reheating Instruction
  1. Thawed Using an induction cooker or stove, add in 100ml of water and heat the thawed Pen Cai on low heat for at least 30 mins.
  2. Frozen Using an induction cooker or stove, add in 100ml of water and heat the frozen Pen Cai on low heat for at least 45 mins.
Note
Once thawed, do not refreeze. Consume within 2 hours after heating.
